Our kittens will not leave our cattery before the age of 12-16 weeks of age.  At the time the babies leave, they will have had vaccinations appropriate for their age group and will have a clean bill of health from our veterinarian.  Our cats are FeLV, FIP and FIV negative.  

We do not give, nor do we recommend the Feline Leukemia or the FIP vaccines.  We should all form our opinions by thoroughly researching these vaccines and it is our opinion that they can be detrimental to your cats health.

If you are interested in one of our cats, please email and tell us about yourself, if you are interested in pet or show, your goals for your cattery, your experience in breeding and showing, the region your show in and what association - CFA, TICA or ACFA.  Too often we get inquiries that do not introduce or have a name.  Inquires that do not have proper introduction may  not get a response.  Our kittens are very special to us and we would like to know about where they will be living.

We have numerous inquiries on each kitten. We can only reserve your kitten if you have put down a deposit. Kittens with a deposit are listed as "Reserved" when the deposit is received.  Kittens that are paid in full are listed as "Sold".  

We are sorry, but due to several unfortunate events, we no longer accept personal checks.  

You have several options at your disposal for payments.   The deposit and/or final payment can be made either by Postal Money Order, Certified Bank Money Order, direct bank wire, bank draft, or PayPal.  Please note that if you are paying through PayPal that there will be a 3% service charge for the convenience and is reimbursed by Purchaser to us.    

Only deposits reserved a kitten for you. Deposits will be refundable if there is a problem on our end, excluding any unforeseen delays in shipping.  Otherwise, Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you change your mind or, if shipping is delayed due to airline problems.  We are aware that circumstances change and it is not always possible to take possession of a cat or kitten as originally planned. So please be sure of your selection before you send your Deposit. 

Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities for placement if the Purchaser changes their mind for any reason other than defined in the contract.

All Tooliebouce Persians are sold under contract.  

Please review the appropriate contract on the Contracts Page thoroughly.  If the Contract is acceptable with you, let us know and we will mail a completed Contract with all the information on the kitten of your choice for signature or, as an alternative, you can print the appropriate contract on short or legal paper from your printer (front and back is preferred).  Be sure to change your print setup to specify which size paper you will be printing on.  Please review the Contract carefully, and initial all paragraphs so that there will be no misunderstandings as to content, sign, return the Contract to me for my signature.  I will make a copy and return it to you by mail immediately.

We only produce a few litters each year and are very selective in the placement of our kittens as show cats or pets -- we are NOT a business. We breed for quality - not quantity. Our kittens are checked by our own personal vet and certified healthy before leaving Tooliebouce. Records are kept of each breeding, veterinary checkups, vaccinations, worming, etc. on each individual cat. They are raised in a clean environment in our home. Our breeding stock are DNA-PKD negative. We are a FeLV, FIV, FIP, fungus & parasite free establishment. We will be happy to DNA-PKD individual kittens at the buyers expense. All our cats carry a health guarantee.

We do not participate in payment plans, layaways or kitten back deals. We do require a deposit. 
 

To reserve your Tooliebouce Persian, we require a non-refundable deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total purchase price on all pet quality kittens.  On show/breeding quality kittens the deposit is one-half (1/2) of the total purchase price of the kitten.  Please Note: If you are purchasing a show/breeder Persian, and you change your mind for any reason whatsoever, one-third (1/3) of the total purchase price is non-refundable. 

The final balance due of the purchase price, including the shipping costs, if applicable (see Shipping Information below) has to be paid in full three (3) weeks prior to the departure of the kitten or, paid in full at time of delivery or pickup.

Please understand that small kittens are like babies: they need warmth, thus we will schedule our kitten departure during acceptable weather.

At the present time, we only ship within the United States but will consider International shipping.  Our kittens are normally shipped out of Atlanta, Georgia aboard Continental Airlines using Quick Pak.  Continental Airlines in Atlanta has the only airship with a climate controlled area for pets and they will transport the pets to and from the airplane in a climate and temperature controlled vehicle.  In order to prevent as much stress as possible, we schedule direct, non-stop flights, if available.  If Continental Airlines does not have a flight coming to your City, we can make other arrangements.  We have the utmost confidence in Continental Airlines and this is our preferred mode of transporting our Persians.  

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser.  At the present time, our shipping charges are $350.  Any additional medical or, lab work requested by Purchaser is to be paid by Purchaser in advance of shipping.

A copy of the original CFA registration, and any other pertinent papers will be sent to you separately by Return Receipt Requested - Certified U.S. Mail.  

When you choose a show baby from Tooliebouce Persians, we hope or, expect that you will show it to its full potential, giving it proper grooming care and, most importantly lots of love.

Be On Time:  We can understand if you get lost, but please be considerate and call from the road and let us know if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.  It is not fair for you to make an appointment for one time and then show up several hours later than scheduled.

No Show:  If for some reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please call.  Usually, most Purchasers want to look at kittens on weekend time, which is family time for most breeders.  If they allow you to use their weekend time, please be considerate.  Any breeder has the right to not reschedule an appointment, or even to refuse future dealings with you if they believe you are not serious and are being inconsiderate.

Please remember to bring a carrier with you when you pick up your cat or kitten.  Also please set aside enough free time to sit down and allow your kitten to get use to you before you leave.
